Coverage:
Protected against defects in material and workmanship. Designed to maintain long-term strength and flexibility. Replacement coverage for verified defective screen material.
Warranty Timeline:
Long-term limited warranty coverage. Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery. Warranty applies from install date.
What's Not Covered:
Labor, installation, or removal costs. Damage from misuse, improper installation, or external factors. Normal wear such as gradual fading.
How It Works:
Defect must be verified before replacement. Replacement is limited to affected screen material only. Inspection or sample may be required for confirmation.

WARRANTY STATEMENT New for Life™ is warranted for a period of ten (10) years to be free from functional defects in materials and workmanship. Defective or non-conforming goods will be replaced by the Company up to ten years from the date of installation. The Warranty Card provided by the dealer at the time of installation of New for Life™ must be completed in full and received by New for Life within thirty (30) days after installation for the warranty to apply. Claims under this warranty are limited specifically to replacement of New for Life™ and do not cover the cost of labor; frame, hardware, applicable taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses related to the removal, return, or reinstallation. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, improper installation (must have exterior use), modification or acts of God. The warranty does not apply to gradual fading. The warranty and liability set forth above are in lieu of all other warranties and liabilities, expressed or implied in lieu or in fact, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Any claim is specifically limited to the replacement of goods. PROCEDURE TO ENFORCE WARRANTY Notice of defective screen must be made within thirty (30) days of discovery of the defective screen via written notice to New for Life. New for Life will replace the fabric with a quantity of New for Life™, as applicable, equal to the quantity of defective material verified as defective and no greater than the quantity of screen originally installed as noted on the Warranty Registration Card by the dealer at the time of installation. Replacement will be made only upon confirmation by a New for Life representative of the presence of functional defects in materials and workmanship. Purchaser agrees to make the screen available for inspection by a New for Life representative and to allow a sample of the defective material to be taken for verification of defect.
